The bank account for private person non-resident can be opened on the basis of the following documents:
Passport to the country of his citizenship (passport shall include valid Estonian visa or residence permit). This rule is not applicable for the citizens of the countries for whom visa to Estonia is not required.
Traveling document issued by the foreign country.

Resolution Appointing the Directors of the Company
